What lease terms do you offer?
We offer 6 to 12 month leases.
Which school district are you located?
We are located in Morehead Elementary School, Morehead Primary School, Morehead Middle School, and West Carteret High School districts.
Are utilities included in the rent?
All utilities are separate from your rental amount.
Is the security deposit a full months' rent?
At the time of application, you will pay a $100.00 security deposit. This is based on the applicant’s credit report. Our deposits could range from the initial $100.00 up to a full months' rent.
Do you require renter's insurance, if so, how much?
Yes, our community requires you to hold $100,000 liability policy.
Are you pet friendly and how much is the pet fee?
Yes, we are pet friendly. There is a non-refundable fee of $300 for 1st pet; $150 for 2nd pet. Also, you will pay pet rent of $10 per pet monthly. We allow a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Weight and breed restrictions do apply. Breed restrictions include: Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepard, Doberman, Akita, Chow or any mix of the breeds listed.
Do you have extra storages or garages for rent?
We have onsite storages (5x10) and garages (12x24) that our residents can rent out monthly subject to availability. The storages are $40.00 per month and garages are $125.00.
Does every apartment have a washer and dryer?
Select apartments have washers and dryers. Each apartment does however have washer/dryer hook ups.
What is your move out policy?
Our residents are required to provide a 60-day notice per the lease agreement.
Do you have boat parking?
There is a designated boat and trailer parking area on the west end of the community. These spaces are first come first serve.
Are parking spaces assigned?
Parking is not assigned. We allow 2 cars per apartment.
Can we grill on the patio?
No, we do not allow grilling on the patios or balconies. For your convivence have two gas grills on the pool deck and a picnic style charcoal grill between buildings 6 and 7.
What amenities does your community offer?
Vinings at Wildwood has a beautiful beach entry pool, 24-hour fitness center, a doggie business center, a net café, and a car care center.
Does the office accept packages?
There is a package room on site featuring LUXER ONE package lockers that gives you 24-hour access to your packages.
How can I report a maintenance issue?
You can report and maintenance work order 24 hours a day either by calling our office number or via your online resident portal.
